Find a good Realtor that can help you identify
the maximum vale of your home, preferably with Eagle, Realtors. |
Step 2 |
Identify the homes for sale and those that have
recently closed in your neighborhood. We will give you
several reports on this and we will attempt to guide you through
the process of determining the highest and best price to market
your home. |
Step 3 |
Your Eagle, Realtors associate will prepare
a packet of information for you to review at the time that he/she
visits with you, and with your permission they will place the
home on the market. |
Step 4 |
Our agent will digitally photograph the home
and measure it and take complete notes on the home. At that
time they will place the home on MLS system. |
Step 5 |
Market your home through a wide variety of means,
including but not limited to some of the following:
Yard Sign, Flyer Boxes, Marketing material to neighbors, Web
site marketing at a variety of Web sites. Email flyers to other
Realtors throughout Houston and the surrounding areas. Open
Houses if warranted. Newspapers and or Home Magazine advertising.
Word of mouth marketing to other agents and brokers. Featuring
the home on our websites and in our email marketing campaigns.

Step 6 |
Review any offers received on the home and help
you with any counter offers. |
Step 7 |
Finalize the acceptance of any offers. Follow
up with any other agents involved in the sale and with the purchasers
lender to insure a smooth transaction. Make sure that you have
a new home to move into, if necessary. If you are moving
away from the area we will work closely with your agent in the
new local to insure your smooth transfer. |
Step 8 |
Set up closing with the title company. |
Step 9 |
Finalize the transfer documents and deed at
the Title Company. |
Step 10 |
Relocate or move into and enjoy your new home. |
