The Following is a brief overview of Carl Bradley's background in Real Estate

1984 to                  Eagle, Realtors, Houston Texas

He regularly organizes and holds seminars on Buying HUD homes for the public and has participated in many Housing Fairs in the region over the last 35 years.  He publishes printed and Web based reports for home buyers to enable them to understand the HUD home buying process.  He and his agents email more than 3,000 individual reports on a weekly basis to both first time homebuyers and investors, giving them information on the available HUD homes available in the Houston Area. He also maintains a web site for his office www.eaglere.com which explains the process involved on HUD homes. 

 

He is the Real Estate Broker responsible for oversight and training of agents within the firm.  The firm has from its beginning specialized in the sale and marketing of HUD owned homes. The firm is consistently one of the top selling brokers in the Houston region of HUD owned homes.  Mr. Bradley has maintained a good relationship within the brokerage community and has passed on his knowledge and expertise on the HUD process.  He has held many training sessions with other brokers to help them understand the HUD process and procedures.  He maintains several web sites that go into detail on the steps involved with the purchase of HUD owned homes.

 

From April of 1999 thru February 2005 Carl was HUD's Broad Listing Broker for First Preston Property Management Company, for the major portion of Southeast Texas.  Responsible for listing all HUD homes in the designated area in the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for the areas.  Mr. Bradley oversaw the input of the listings in MLS, Preparation of Broker Price Opinions (BPO's). He prepared multiple reports on a regular basis for First Preston on the sales and marketing of the HUD homes in the region.  He was also responsible for helping with training seminars and holding local training classes with individual brokers, agents and real estate offices and the public on the HUD sales program.

 

With the implementation of the third phase of the HUD contracts known as M&M 3, Carl was again selected to be one of the Local Listing Brokers in the Houston Area by all three of the new asset managers, PEMCO, Matt Martin and Home-Telos. After being on call by all three asset managers for over a year, Carl now concentrates his efforts with only PEMCO, and is one of the top producing agents in the Houston Area for them.

Duties:   Mr. Bradley was the owner and manager of the company which specializing in the sale and marketing of all types of Foreclosure homes. He was responsible for marketing HUD, VA, and FNMA owned homes along with the R.T.C. properties. He also took an aggressive role with Banks, Savings and loans and other lenders who owned homes that were new construction in the stage of being built, to allow him to complete the construction for them and then help with the marketing of the homes after completion.

Duties:   Owner and manager of this company with over 60 agents.  It was a full service real estate company with agents in all fields of real estate.  He had agents specializing in investment, leasing, selling and listing real estate of both residential and commercial nature. He was responsible for training the agents and broker associates by holding weekly training classes both day and evening on all aspects of Real Estate. One of the reasons his company was so successful was the amount of

Duties:   Broker associate with Re/Max for a period of over two years.  During this time he became more concentrated on the sale of Foreclosure homes of all types and price ranges. He joined the Houston HUD Brokers council and became active in selling HUD owned homes in Houston and the surrounding areas.  During this time in partnership with the owner of the company we formed the group “Real Estate Investors of Houston” and held seminars promoting the sale of both HUD and VA owned homes to the investors. In 1982 he became the top selling Real estate broker in Houston marketing HUD homes.

Duties:   Joined Re/Max and took advantage of all training offered by Re/Max.  After being in real estate for just two years, was consistently one of the top producers in the Houston region.  He received numerous awards and recognitions from both the company  Re/Max nationally and the Houston Association of Realtors. .

Duties:  
Joined Century 21 and was licensed as a real estate agent. He specialized in Residential real estate with an eye towards investments. He held seminars for first time buyers and investors showing the benefits of Home Ownership. He was consistently one of the top producers in the Houston region, receiving numerous awards and recognitions from both Century 21 and the Houston Association of Realtors. He received numerous designations and credentials through both the Century 21 training academy, and through the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
